To set up new vendor account, you may email us at dfr-ga-con-parts@doverfoodretail.com
We will need some information and forms completed to begin an account set up request for your company. Please provide the following:
- Completed customer request form
- W9 Form
- Tax exempt resale certificate (if applicable)
- Desired payment terms
- Withholding tax certificate
