PartsOne’s EcoBlades Retrofit Program delivers noticeable energy savings and improved food integrity, which prolongs product shelf life. Ecoblades are a patented two-blade system, which utilize a science-based approach to managing the airflow directly in front of the shelves within open multi-deck cases. With two unique design options that allow for EcoBlades to attach directly to either flat or angled shelves in Hillphoenix open display cases, EcoBlades channel airflow more efficiently, ensuring that the cool air remains inside the case providing more efficient refrigeration of the food products being displayed.

The technology behind EcoBlades incorporate the same techniques that streamline airflow more efficiently around race cars to enable them to corner at high speeds. When applied to Hillphoenix open display cases, this process provides consistent product temperatures, prevents cool air from dumping into the shopping aisles and can reduce refrigeration energy consumption by up to 25%, without compromising merchandising capabilities or fixture aesthetics. Plus, it’s unobtrusive — customers have no idea it’s even there. 

HOW IT WORKS

When you sign up for our EcoBlades Retrofit Program, we utilize the following process:

1. We define one test store; or, set number stores within a targeted region.
2. We agree on a budget as well as a start date.
3. We survey your stores using our PartsOne mobile survey app to consolidate requirements by store and type, defining the following inputs:
   1. Case type, department, OEM and model
   2. Case length and width
   3. Lit or unlit; With or without tag molding
4. We deliver a turnkey proposal for the defined store(s) with our new EcoBlades energy-saving technology.
5. We retrofit your display cases.
6. You do nothing, except for focusing on your business, yielding the energy savings. 

INVESTMENT RESULTS
