PartsOne’s LED retrofits turn your display cases into food theater, making food displays pop when compared to fluorescent lighting. Fresh meat, for example, will appear a deeper, more vibrant red. Plus, our new high-color fidelity LED lights significantly reduce the heat in your cases thus improving product integrity while also reducing your energy bills. Experts estimate that our LED lights may save our customers up to 33% of a store’s total lighting spend.

Our new LED light kits have a new mounting hardware, which means that, going forward, you will only need to purchase the LED fixture (versus the entire kit) the next time you need to replace your LED lights.

PartsOne has easy-to-install LED retrofit kits for doors, shelves, cornices and noses for any OEM model. We can help you transition from older fluorescent lamps (T5 or T8) or older LED brands into the latest models. Our Clearvoyant™ brand kits are ready-made for horizontal display cases (canopies, noses and shelves), which feature frosted lenses that minimize distracting highlights. While our Optimax™ Radiant Series kits are ready-made for vertical display cases for both regular and bi-swing doors.

Our kits come with 5-year warranties.

How it works

When you sign up for our LED Retrofit Program, we utilize the following process:

1. We define one test store; or, set number stores within a targeted region.
2. We agree on a budget as well as a start date.
3. We define the scope: Door or case lighting; or both
   1. Optional: We can do a side-by-side comparison of the lights of your choice
4. We survey each department of your store using our PartsOne mobile survey app to consolidate requirements by store and type, defining the following inputs:We deliver a turnkey proposal for the defined store(s).
   1. Case type, department, OEM and model
   2. Case length and width
5. We deliver a turnkey proposal for the defined store(s).
6. We retrofit your display cases with our new universal, energy-saving LED lights.You do nothing, except for focusing on your business, yielding the energy savings.
   1. Five-year warranty on parts
   2. One-year warranty on labor

Investment Results.

A recent focus group study showed that consumers had a 15% higher purchase intent of ribeyes under Clearvoyant C3+ LEDs because they had a redder, fresher appearance (when compared to other light sources). Our Clearvoyant or Optimax Radiant next-generation LEDs can cut electricity consumption by as much as 75 percent when compared with fluorescent lighting. For food retailers, $1 cut from the electric bill equates to an $18 increase in sales.

Plus, they last much longer than fluorescent lights with an estimated life of 50,000 hours. This equates to significantly lower labor costs and improved sustainability since LED lights need to be replaced less often. In conclusion, LED lighting retrofits can deliver top line sales growth along with bottom-line cost and energy savings.
