11 STEPS
1 The first step is to login to Parts One Store and open your account page by hovering over the person icon at the top right and selecting My Account
2 Scroll down and click the Orders tab
3 Find your order and click Details
4 Scroll down and find the PO Number you entered when placing your order on Parts One Store
5 Return to the home page
6 Scroll down and click the truck icon
7 Choose the manufacturer of the part you ordered from Parts One Store
8 Select the button for P.O. number
9 Enter the P.O. number that you entered when placing the order you are tracking. Click the green arrow icon to locate your tracking details.
10 Your tracking information will be available at the bottom of the frame. Hover over the order details and scroll to the right for additional information such as tracking number, ship date and delivery date. Click the e-mail icon
11 You can also click the e-mail icon at the far right of your tracking details to opt in to e-mail alerts. Add multiple addresses by separating them with a semi colon.

10 STEPS
1 To recover your Parts One Store password hover over the Lock icon at the top right of the screen and click Log In
2 Next, click Forgot Password
3 Enter the e-mail address associated with your Parts One Store account
4 Click Recover
5 Open your e-mail inbox and find your latest e-mail from Parts One Store. The subject line should contain the phrase Password Recovery.
6 Click the link to change your password and you will be directed back to Parts One Store.
7 Select a New Password and enter it into the first field. Please use a password that you have not used for your account before.
8 Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password field.
9 Click the button labeled Recover
10 If you see this screen you have successfully changed your password.

4 Type in Last name:
5 Type in Email.
6 Type **** in Username:
7 Enter Your Company's name:
8 Type **** in Address and be sure to include your zip code for accurate shipping rates:

12 Type in your Business Phone Number.
13 Enter your vendor account number if applicable.
14 Enter a secure but memorable password.
15 Confirm your password.
16 Click I accept privacy policy after reading the terms.
17 Click Register
18 You will be contacted by an administrator within two business days.
