Our SURVEY ONE app, now available on iTunes, enables grocery store managers and surveyors to create a quote quickly and easily and expedite renovating their stores. You can utilize our app for all SOLUTIONS surveys, including, reskinning, shelving, gaskets, FSx night covers, LEDs and EcoBlades.

Within several minutes, you can send your order to our project manager who will approve the request, enabling you to renovate your store without any headaches. You can hand off the project to our team of experts and focus on running you retail stores.

The advantages of using our SURVEY ONE App include:

  1. Fewer errors than using a notebook and transferring the information to a spreadsheet.
  2. Add pictures and comments to each lineup as you proceed
  3. Reduce surveying time from 3 plus hours to 45 minutes

HOW OUR SOLUTIONS PROGRAMS WORK

When you sign up for one of our programs, we utilize the following process:

  1. We define a test store; or a set number of stores within a targeted region.
  2. We agree on a budget as well as a start date.
  3. We survey your stores using our PartsOne mobile survey app to consolidate requirements by store and type, defining inputs such as:We deliver a turnkey proposal for the defined store(s).
    1. Case type, department, OEM and model
    2. Case length and width
    3. Lit or unlit; With or without tag molding
  4. We deliver a turnkey proposal for the defined store(s).
  5. We sign our agreement and deliver our solutions to the defined stores.
  6. We schedule annual visits to your stores as necessary.
  7. You do nothing, except for focusing on your business, yielding improved efficiency and energy savings.

Where You Can Find, Buy and Track Your OEM Parts Orders

Welcome to the PartsOneStore.com. Our mission is to make OEM parts buying easier and faster for our grocery and convenience store customers. Here you can find, buy, and track your orders for OEM parts for Hillphoenix, Tyler and Baker branded commercial refrigeration cases as well as Anthony Doors.

Enter all your contact details and make sure to enter a secure password, confirm password and accept private policy before clicking on register. Your account will be activated within 2 business days.

 

When you sign up for an account, you will be able to see and compare prices on parts. (Otherwise, prices are not visible.) In addition, there are 4 features that makes ordering and shipping products easier.

 

  • Wishlist: Click on the HEART symbol next to any product to save it to your wishlist. Just like on Amazon, it serves as a temporary list so that when you purchase it, the product disappears.
  • Compare:Click on the GRAPH symbol to compare up to 4 products.
  • Email: Click on the ENVELOPE symbol to email the part.
  • My List: Click on the LIST symbol to permanently save numerous products. You can also have several lists so there could be one for parts of the store (e.g. freezers) or parts that you purchase often (e.g. doors).

In addition, you can also create an address book and save numerous store addresses in one place to make purchasing and shipping easier

 

PartsOneStore.com: Search for and Find OEM parts

At the top of our website you will see a search bar that allows you to find products by SKU number or name. Items out of stock require a two-week lead time (at least) to pre-order, make, and customize.

 

When hovering over the BRANDS on the navigation bar, you can browse products in each of our brand sections – Hillphoenix Cases, Anthony DoorsHillphoenix Refrigeration Systems and Barker Specialty Cases.

 

Alternatively, you can browse by CATEGORY - case parts, walk in partscompressorized systems parts and power system parts.

 

Serial Number Search and “Exploded View”

Some customers prefer to search by the case’s serial number. By clicking on Hillphoenix Case, under the Brands Tab, you can see a search bar specifically to search by Serial Number. This search features for systems, doors and specialty cases are coming soon.) Then, type in your serial or case model number. Note: serial number search is for cases built within the last ten years.

Once you find the serial number of the case that you have in your specific store, you will see what we call an “exploded view.” This is a mechanical drawing of a display case but with all of its parts “blown out” so that you can see where each one goes within the unit. Here’s an example:

 

You will notice that below each mechanical drawing, you will see a shopping list of all of the parts in that specific unit. The items that have a shopping cart on the left-hand side indicate that you can buy those online and add them to your cart. The items that have a checkbox (instead of a shopping cart) are not yet available online BUT when you check the checkbox and click “purchase,” that will lead to an email form that generates a note for our offline customer service team. Once you click “send,” that form will enable you to order via our offline customer service team who will verify the availability and pricing of the selected products. So, either way, you can get the parts you need.

 

 

Purchasing OEM parts on PartsOneStore.com

We accept payments though credit cards and purchase orders. If you have a PO, simply upload a pdf of it and enter in the PO# during the checkout process. Taxes are added and freight charges are pre-calculated based on shipping method.

We currently offer 5 shipping methods - Customer Pick Up, 3rd Party, Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air  

Track Your Order

Logging in also enables you to Track Your Orders. For Hillphoenix orders, you can search both online and in-person orders. Whereas, the Anthony store allows you to only search for online orders. This makes it easy to review current and previous orders as well as re-order parts from those orders.
